Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Rowan is co-owner of the practice with his wife Dr. Downes. He graduated from the University Of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine in 1990. He lives in Chester Springs with his wife, their two sons, dogs Greta and her 2 puppies Hans and Norman, plus an assortment of farm animals.
